Install Knoon in WhatsApp
Follow the setup steps below to connect your assistant and start using Knoon in WhatsApp.
Step 1
Install Knoon in WhatsApp Messenger
Connect Knoon personal assistant to your WhatsApp.
  1. Go to Knoon > Admin > Integrations > Personal Assistant.
  2. WhatsApp opens automatically. Press Enter to send a message to get started.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. Sign in to your Knoon account, pick an organization, then press Continue.
  5. Return to WhatsApp.
  6. Your WhatsApp is now linked to the Journey Knoon assistant.
Step 2
Ask Knowledge Base Questions in WhatsApp Messenger
Get fast answers without digging through the knowledge base.
  1. Open a chat with Knoon and type your question.
  2. Knoon searches your knowledge base and replies with the best answer.
Step 3
Start Knoon Workflow in WhatsApp Messenger
Trigger workflows with a simple message and track progress in chat.
  1. Open a chat with Knoon and type the action you want to take.
  2. Knoon searches for the closest workflows and asks you if you want to start.
  3. Type yes to proceed.
